Minutes of Asha Seattle meeting on 11/06/08 Venue: RTC LWSD No 414, Morton Johnson Room, Redmond, WA Attendees: Vibhavaree, Marina, Divya, Ripin, Aparajita, Kannan, Srijan, Pritesh, Tulika, Siddharth, Satyajit, Ken, Nagendar, Vijay.
· Finance meeting on Monday. o Good news - no projects need to have budget cuts. o Revenue looking good, thanks to Bash and Jayshree. o Policies going forward discussed in separate document. o Will pick up the remaining agenda in 3 weeks' time. · RDT (Divya and Vani) o Running since 2005. Started with 1 school. 9 schools now. o Project report was presented. o Budget approval was approx 24lakh in a previous meeting. o The 14,15,880 budget for 7 month has a 1.7lakh increase from previous budget. o The budget is confusing in the end.
The rest of the meeting was spent reviewing the finance policy doc.
