DISCUSSION
- Right To
Education Bill - Vibhavaree
Discussed
the 25% reservation in private schools.
Against
- Govt. is pushing its responsibility over to
private schools.
- The private schools which are innovative, can be burdened to a extent that it kills
the enterprise.
- Integration is going to be a problem.
- How are the children going to be able to
cope with the standard of reading and writing.
There will be need for bridge schools.
For
- Problem of segregation in the society, starts from education system. Neighbourhood school system is better. Common School
System is the way to go.
- This is the way for the section of society
to get better education, assuming that the private schools provide
better education.
- A discussion was had, and of the remaining
people in the meeting 6
people were for, and 3 against the bill.
