      Projects Discussed

      -------------------
      1. Vidya Bhawan Presented by Rahul.

We have funded them in the past. The previous steward Amit
did not recommend huge funds in future. It! is a fairly large
organization in Rajasthan and pretty well connected. The
proposal was to sponsor some workshops and training
programs to train teachers in as many as 40 schools in 2
areas - Safety and Environment education. Members felt that
the budget was exaggerated and Rahul to get back with some
answers before voting. A site visit is also required.

      2. Learning Network Kathalaya Workshops - Presented by Raj
Sponsorship sought out for Hyderabad and Mumbai workshops.
Raj to get back with Budget questions (Registration Fee).
      Unanimous vote on funding it

      3. Sambhavna update by Raj

A health clinic in Bhopal for the Gas Tragedy Victims started
      by Satyu(Satinath Sarangi).

about disabled kids need to be compiled and published.

      4. Urmul Jyoti Update By Raj

A novel project started by Chetan Raj. 6 month Boot camps for
around 130 girls to help them clear fifth grade ! and also to
give them some simple vocational training.
