Minutes of the meeting held on December 04, 2004

Present were:

Sridhar, Hansa, Kumar, Anirban, Ravi, Sudhakar,
Aneesh, Amrish and Sudhir Kumar (new member)

1.  Sridhar gave a detailed update on our Khajurdaha
LTTO project in West Bengal.  The 2004 funding from
Asha to the project was $5,900.  As a result of out
support, 203 children up to Class VI received
education in the LTTO school. Sridhar's site visit and
subsequent documentation provided strong evidence that
the money is being spent conscientiously and the
project is making a difference in the lives of the
children.

For the calendar year 2005, funding in the amount of
$6,000 was approved for the project by a voice vote.

2.  Hansa described the Conferences that she had
helped organize and planned to attend on Dec. 13
(Pune) and Jan. 2 (Lucknow).  It was decided that the
Chapter would contribute toward the expenses as
outlined by Hansa.

3.  Ravi and Kumar were requested to undertake the
planning of the fund-raiser.
