Miutes of the meeting held on November 20, 2004

Present were:

Sudhakar, Uday, Ravi, Amrish and Aneesh (part of the time).

Main decisions were:

1.  As per Uday, we have funds to support the current commitments to our 
projects.  But we need a fund-raiser in the first half of next year in 
order to avoid running out of money during 2005.

2.  Even with fewer active members now, it was felt that we have a better 
chance of raising money through a performance/show than through other 
ideas such as sending proposals to foundations or organizing a marathon.  
It does not mean, however, that we do not continue exploring all possible 
avenues.

3.  It was felt that we focus on a performance rather than a "JEOPARDY" 
kind of show proposed to us in an email.

4.  We decided to request Hansa to explore modalities for a show with her 
physician friend.

5.  Hansa and Ravi agreed to make the phone calls and do the necessary 
legwork to reserve a Middle School Hall in the April-May timeframe.

6.  We approved $300 toward two Workshops being organized by Hansa in Pune 
and Lucknow to further the goals of the Sanctuary Project.

7. Ravi and Sudhakar mentioned a possible project in AP that is worthy of 
support from us.  However, we do not yet have a formal proposal.
