Minutes of the meeting held on October 30, 2004

Attendees: Priyanka, Ravi, Kumar, Sridhar, Ranjani,
Sridhar's mom, Hansa, Ananya, Subashree and Amrish

At the meeting, Dr. Suresh and his wife Saila
described their effforts to educate and empower the
marginalized communities in Maharashtra and Chennai.

Our next meeting will be on Saturday, November 6 at
4:30 PM in Room B205 at the Engineering School at
Princeton (E-Quad).

Ms. P. Saraswati of Kathai Aruvi will be the guest
speaker. She is known for the collection of tales that she has
put together in a very attractive format. Hundreds of
schools are using the teaching material.  This would
be a great opportunity to listen to a person who
understands the grassroots issues involved in
education.
