Minutes of the meeting held on August 20, 2005

1.  The goals and the functioning of Asha were described to Ricky and 
Gita.  They offered to help with their contacts in the Princeton area.

2.  Sridhar provided an update on the Work-An-Hour fundraising.

3.  Amrish briefly presented a proposal from Ramgarh in Uttaranchal.  No 
decision was taken because we didn't have adequate attendance.
