Conference call on SOW-Vasundhara scheduled for THRUSDAY (06/28/07) at 
9pm.

Minutes: 


1. 
The financial report ending March 2006 was reviewed. There was a 
suggestion to obtain details on the schedule. Vikas mentioned that 
soon we would be getting financial report for the year 2006 (ending 
March 31, 2007) and suggested further review of financials in a 
subsequent review. 
2. 
The review of financials also suggested that Vasundhara project is 
able to raise funds locally that enabled them to get the matching 
grant of $1500 for the period July 2006-June 2007. But, this needs to 
be confirmed in financial statement of March 31, 2007, which we would 
be getting soon. 
3. 
Vikas suggested that we continue review of the proposal for renewal 
after the visit of Mr. C. B. Naik to the chapter (in July) that is 
expected within three weeks. 
4. 
The proposal for renewal of the project is $10000. It was decided to 
continue discussion on this in the subsequent meetings for final 
approval due to lack of quorum.
