Meeting held on June 21, 2003 - minutes by Amrish

In attendance were Sridharan (Kumar's friend), Sridhar,
Hansa, Avani, Manoj, Kumar, Amrish, Vikas, Sumathi,
Vinay.

Main topics were Aajgaon (Vikas), Ambattur (Sridhar)
and Asha-12 (Hansa, Manoj, Sridhar).

1. Vikas updated us on the Aajgaon project. Action
items that were identified were:

Need overall info on LKSS and vision.
Help from Paromita's brother on insulation of kiln.
Coordination with Kumbham (now under way).
More info on pugmill and potmill.
Need to understand full-strean end-to-end operation.
Marketing/business plan.

2. The Asha-12 conference held at NYC was discussed.

3. Sridhar described the scope of the Ambattur
project. We decided not to evaluate it as their
requirements are beyond our current capability.
