Pending items in the fund-raising categories were identified as Utsav account-closing, feedback forms, thank-you letters/receipts, lessons learned and database. Discussion on "lessons learned" was postponed as many people who played significant roles in putting together the Utsav were not present. It was felt that the other items, though important, could be addressed off-line. The project-related items were listed by Sridhar and are reproduced here. WAH 2003 Voting (Hansa) Aaj project review Asha-12: Action items for our chapter Ambattur project proposal Update from Khajurdaha ANAWIM visit (Kumar) Asha Sanctuary Initiative (Hansa) Asha Lalpur DPEP Discussion (Nina) Invited speakers schedule Learning Network Initiative (Ranjani) Shankar's visit to India Out of the above, WAH 2003 discussion was considered to merit an urgent consideration because our chapter vote is due on June 20. The others also need to be discusssed ASAP. Avani and Subadhra have got off to a flying start by getting involved in the WAH 2003 selection process. Hansa led the discussion on the mechanics of getting the viewpoints of our chapter members (the process has been set into motion). Thereafter, Hansa spoke eloquently on the Asha Sanctuary initiative. No action is required from our chapter except active coordination on Hansa's part to bring the stakeholders together. Guest speakers, Prashanth and Pankaj, from Asha-CNJ joined us and presented the details of the long-distance running program for fund-raising. On June 14, Asha-CNJ has organized an indoors Mela from 2 PM to 8 PM. Please show your support by attending and having fun. The asha website has the details. In order to clear up pending project-related matters, we will have a meeting at the E-Quad on Sunday, June 15 at 2:00 PM. Thank you. Amrish
