Minutes of the meeting held on June 4, 2005

1.  Vikas described his recent visit to Vasundhara and
provided an update of the project.  There is no
question that the project is making a positive impact
and we are committed to supporting it as follows as
per the decision taken at our meeting on December 18,
2004.
	Funding for first half of 2005: $5,000
	From July to December 2005:	$4,000
	From January to June 2006: 	$4,000

Vikas felt that there are no indications that the
project is taking the necesssary steps (audience
agreed that it's not going to be easy) to achieve
self-sustenance.  As a matter of fact, they are
scrambling to find the resources to replace their
aging bus.

Action items for Vikas:  Maharashtra Foundation is
supporting VOICE.  Vikas will gather the current
status of that project to initiate a dialog with MF
and request them to assist Vasundhara.

Action item for Uday:  Arrange to send the next
installment to Vasundhara.  He should first check if
the amount sent earlier in the year pertained to
July-Dec 2004 or Jan-June 2005.

2.  Aajgaon will be visited by Anirban. (Anirban has
since then visited the project and sent his
recommendations).
