Minutes of the meeting held on March 26, 2005
(Minutes by Amrish.)

In attendance were:

Ravi, Manoj, Amit, Aneesh, Hetal, Kumar, Anil, Amrish 
(Manoj and Amit were visiting from LA)

Discussion was geared toward identifying action items 
and assigning responsibilities.

1. We need help from all volunteers to work their 
contacts to get individual sponsorships and sell 
tickets.

2. Amrish will arrage for insurance after getting 
the paperwork from Ravi.

3. Presentation:  Hansa and Priyanka

4. Emcees:  Hetal and Priyanka will coordinate with 
Gitanjali.

5. Swagath promised Amit that they will take out an 
ad in the brochure. Kumar to follow up.

6. Amrish will mail a souvenir to Hetal.

7. Kumar/Amrish will provide tickets to Suren.

8. Ravi and Kumar will contact Venky and reach a 
decision re the sound system.

9. We will meet every week until the event on April 
30.
