Minutes of the Asha Princeton fundraiser Meeting
held on 22nd March 2003 - by Amrish

Suren, Hansa and Amrish were at the fund-raiser
meeting. Input from Sumathi and Kumar was received on
the phone earlier in the day.

We need to get the following items ready ASAP so that
canvassing for ticket sales/individual
sponsorships/corporate sponsorships can begin.  The
names of the owners of the activities are included.

This is the initial cut. Please be free to share your
suggestions/comments.

1. Tickets. Designer: Rohini Bhagat; printing: Suren.


2. Posters. Size envisaged is 11" x 17".  Designer:
Rohini; printing: Shankar/Rajesh, any ideas?

3. Flyers. Size 8.5" x 11". Designer: Rohini;
printing: by volunteers on bright paper.

4. Brochure (trifold). Designer: Hansa and Manoj;
printing: Hansa.

5. Letters and forms. Designer: Kumar (I believe that
these have been uploaded); printing; by volunteers.

6. Work on the souvenir is not high priority right
now.

The need of the hour for all of us is to start telling
people about the event while all the above gets ready.
