Asha Representative Council (ARC) Representative:
1. Be present and active on the asha-arc list

2. Whenever an ARC proposal comes up for voting, bring it forward to the chapter and have it discussed and voted on. Convey the chapter vote back to ARC.
3. In the case of a strategic vote (the issues come up with this tag sometimes), the ARC rep can put in his/her vote by him/herself.

Voting is usually YES/NO/NOT-PARTICIPATING; if the chapter does not have the time to discuss a particular issue, or is not interested in discussing that issue, then the rep is to make sure we vote NOT-PARTICIPATING.
